As an introductory offer, Prime members get up to 5 direct message treatments with a medical provider via Health AI, subject to restrictions. Each direct message treatment connects you with a licensed healthcare provider for select common health conditions (conditions covered may change over time).
This is a limited time offer, which Amazon may modify or cancel at any time, at Amazon's sole discretion. This offer is available to Prime members between the ages of 18-64 years, with a limit of 5 treatments per Prime membership account, and these treatments may only be redeemed in 2026 or until the offer ends, whichever is sooner. If you cancel and rejoin Prime, the offer will not reset. This offer is not available if you are covered by a government health plan, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, or TriCare. You are not currently eligible for Health AI direct message treatments if you are located in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Vermont, or West Virginia at the time of your treatment. This offer cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. Sales tax may apply depending on your state. Violating these terms voids the offer.
If you share Prime benefits with another member of your household or through Amazon Family, those individuals may see the number of available Direct Message Care treatments, but will not see any additional health information.
